Capita/Carter Jonas and Lambert Smith Hampton on behalf of Seven Trent Property are pleased to welcome the second on-line auction of former District Service Reservoirs (DSR’s) which will commence bidding on 4 October 2017 (marketing starts on the 5th September 2017). The on-line auction will include 7 properties and full details on each are available below, together with a link to Lambert Smith Hampton's on-line auction platform, which will include legal packs and full information. We have included some drone footage on some of the sites, as well as 3D cameras imaging inside a typical reservoir. Reservoir dimensions and chambers will vary from site-to-site.
We will be arranging set viewing days, in order that interested parties will be able to walk the site, but please note access will not be granted inside the chambers. Parties are obviously welcome to view the sites from the roadside, as most sites are near public rights of way, but are not encouraged to walk around on the sites outside the formal inspection dates with Lambert Smith Hampton.
Please note we do have further DSR sites that are going into traditional ballroom auction on 16th October 2017 - see the Ballroom Auction tab for more details.
